Production Laborers - Weekend Shift

Now Hiring General Production Worker in York, PAWe are seeking dedicated general production workers for various roles within our manufacturing facility.ResponsibilitiesPrepare packages of parts for production by locating raw materials and verifying supplies listed on production orders.Produce end cap subassemblies using individual parts.Wash parts to prepare materials for production and store them appropriately.Assist with inventory management and receiving procedures, notifying supervisors of any shortages.Stack tubes and fins to match production order requirements and measure fin quality and specifications.Prepare coils for brazing furnace by banding coils and ensuring fins are secure and flush.Install test fittings and perform pressure testing on coils, recording results and noting leaks.Follow safety rules at all times and work efficiently to meet customer and company expectations.Essential SkillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.2+ years of general labor experience.Verified good attendance record.2+ years of sit-down forklift experience (certification provided).High school diploma or GED.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in shipping, packaging, assembly, and machine operating.Why Work Here?Our organization values efficiency and safety, providing a clean and supportive environment for all employees. Employees must wear appropriate PPE when necessary. Shifts are available Monday through Thursday, with weekend shifts also available. The facility is relatively clean for a coil/heat exchanger manufacturer, though it can be hot in the summer and cool in the winter. Dress code includes jeans and a t-shirt.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of YORK, PA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.80 - $21.80/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
