Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, label, and organize incoming materials and equipment
• Communicate all received items to internal teams (dispatch, project managers, etc.)
• Stage equipment and materials for outgoing jobs and deliveries
• Schedule and coordinate deliveries with drivers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse at all times
• Track inventory, shop stock, tools, PPE, and refrigerants
• Monitor materials that have not moved and follow up on status
• Handle shipping for warranty parts and tool repairs
• Keep yard, parking lot, and storage areas organized and clean
• Perform regular safety checks and maintain a safe working environment

Qualifications

• Forklift certification or ability to obtain
• Experience in warehouse operations or logistics
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment and materials
• Comfortable using Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage daily tasks independently
• Strong communication and follow-through
• Team-oriented mindset
• Able to lift 50+ pounds, full range of motion to lift, load, stack, unload
