Powersports Sales

Job Summary Sell new and used Powersports equipment and accessories. Work with new and existing customers. Additional responsibilities are outlined below.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Represents the company for the sale of products to customers
• Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all products offered for sale
• Must be able to operate all equipment that is offered for sale by the dealership
• Maintains all customer information for sales management, monitoring trends in customer business activity
• Knows and follows a defined sales process
• Assists with the preparation and execution of customer events
• Maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods
• Attends applicable sales training events/seminars
• Possess current knowledge of used equipment values to evaluate properly for trading purposes

Position Qualifications

• 2+ years of equipment sales experience (preferably within the Powersports industry)
• Knowledge of Powersports products required
• Passion for Powersports products and activities
• Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and Google Drive
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports
• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
• Must have or be willing to obtain a motorcycle license within 30 days of beginning employment
