Job Description ABOUT WILLINGHAM WORKS Willingham Works is a nurse-led, woman-owned small business based in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. We build long-term relationships with healthcare facilities across Kentucky and southern Indiana, and we maintain an active candidate pool of qualified LPNs for staffing engagements when openings arise. WE ARE BUILDING OUR CANDIDATE POOL We are talking with Licensed Practical Nurses in Ada, Minnesota,and the surrounding 10-mile area who are open to learning about future opportunities. This is NOT an immediate opening — we are building a pre-screened candidate pool so we can match you to the right role when our partner facilities have needs. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Active Kentucky or Indiana LPN license Current BLS certification Experience in any of: long-term care, skilled nursing, outpatient clinics, home health, hospital float pool IV certification a plus, not required Geriatric experience valued Open to full-time, part-time, PRN, or direct-hire WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT Nurse-led screening.
