Job Description Purpose of Your Role As a Team Leader, Central Relationship Managers (C-RMs), you will lead a team of C-RMs who's role is to engage with current and potential wealth management clients via a diverse set of communications channels (phone, email, text) to deepen relationships and set appointments on behalf of Wealth Management Team (WMT) partners. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of trust with C-RM Associates to empower their success within the C-RM role and support their development for future career advancement opportunities. In addition, you will serve as the C-RM leader liaison within geographically aligned Wealth markets. In this capacity, you will work with other WMT function leaders to foster best practices and drive consistency in our standards of care for clients and Associates. Your demonstrated strength in managing change, including communications that foster desired culture and outcomes. Minimum of 5 years related experience with understanding of client service, operations, and business processes. Fidelity's Onsite Working Model Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles. Base Salary The base salary range for this position is $66,000-125,000 USD per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
