Area Sales Manager

Overview We are seeking a high-performing Area Sales Manager (IC sales role) to drive revenue growth, develop new business, and support key accounts within the region. This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in a consultative sales environment and is passionate about improving safety and care outcomes in healthcare settings. Territory Territory: Georgia and Florida (excluding the Florida Panhandle) Key Responsibilities Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in hospitals, senior living communities, and healthcare systems Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including demos and proposal development Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Clinical, Customer Success) to support customer satisfaction and retention Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide timely forecasts and reports Qualifications 5+ years of sales experience in medical devices or healthcare technology Demonstrated ability to develop and close complex deals Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Ability to travel within the territory (up to 50%) What We Offer Competitive base salary $110k - $120k + uncapped commission paid from $1 $200k+ OTE year 1, $220k OTE year 2, uncapped.
