Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, formulating accurate clinical diagnoses and developing individualized treatment plans.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices, to address clients’ specific needs.

• Deliver crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health issues, offering immediate support and resources to navigate emergencies.

• Maintain secure and detailed client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment options, and community resources, advocating for clients' rights and needs as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work primarily with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various socio-economic and cultural backgrounds. Qualifications\n
