What You'll Do Coordinate clinical trials from study startup through closeout Serve as a key point of contact for study participants, sponsors, and CROs Conduct study visits and perform patient-facing procedures, including phlebotomy and vital signs Ensure protocol compliance and adherence to FDA, ICH‑GCP, and sponsor requirements Maintain accurate source documentation and regulatory records Identify, document, and report adverse events per protocol requirements Support monitoring visits, audits, and sponsor communications What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years of Clinical Research Coordinator experience Experience coordinating industry-sponsored investigational product (IP) clinical trials Strong phlebotomy skills and patient interaction experience Bachelor's degree required CCRC certification preferred Ability to manage multiple studies while maintaining attention to detail and compliance Why Join IMA Clinical Research?
