This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Corporate Finance Manager based in India.

This is a high-visibility finance leadership role focused on FP&A, strategic finance, financial modeling, and business performance management. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and executive reporting while providing leadership with clear, actionable financial insights. The role combines detailed financial analysis with commercial thinking, supporting decisions around growth, investments, pricing, resources, and profitability. You will build sophisticated models for scenario planning, valuation, ROI, cash flow, and strategic initiatives. Working closely with executives and department leaders, you will help translate operational performance into financial outcomes and strategic recommendations. You will also contribute to cash management, M&A analysis, investor-related activities, and improvements to finance processes and systems. Accountabilities:

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning cycles.
• Consolidate financial inputs across departments and ensure financial plans remain aligned with business growth and operational priorities.
• Analyze actual performance against budgets and forecasts, identify key revenue, expense, margin, and profitability drivers, and communicate material variances.
• Build and maintain advanced financial models covering forecasting, scenario planning, DCF valuations, ROI analysis, IRR, NPV, investment opportunities, pricing, headcount planning, and expansion initiatives.
• Conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis and translate complex financial findings into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages, KPI dashboards, management reports, and budget-to-actual and forecast-to-actual analyses.
• Develop concise financial commentary and presentations for executive, board, investor, and banking discussions.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, working capital, burn rate, and cash forecasts while supporting treasury activities and banking relationships.
• Monitor debt covenants and financing obligations and identify opportunities to improve cash management and working capital efficiency.
• Partner with operations, sales, product, and leadership teams to evaluate business cases, strategic initiatives, growth opportunities, pricing decisions, resource allocation, and profitability.
• Support M&A analysis, financial due diligence, acquisition and transaction modeling, valuation activities, investor reporting, and capital-raising initiatives.
• Improve FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes while identifying opportunities for finance automation and greater data efficiency.
• Support ERP and financial systems optimization and strengthen financial controls, reporting accuracy, and planning discipline.
• Mentor financial analysts or junior finance team members and promote high standards of analytical quality and financial rigor.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, or a closely related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills, with strong experience building and maintaining complex financial models.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial statements, scenario and sensitivity analysis, DCF, IRR, NPV, and cash flow analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or comparable platforms.
• Strong understanding of the operational and commercial drivers behind financial performance.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex financial information into actionable recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Proven ability to prepare polished, concise executive-level financial presentations and reporting packages.
• Comfortable presenting financial insights to senior leadership and participating in strategic decision-making discussions.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and take ownership in a fast-paced remote environment.
• CFA, CPA, MBA, or equivalent professional qualification is a plus.
• Experience in M&A, financial due diligence, fundraising, investor relations, or transaction analysis is desirable.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar business intelligence platforms is advantageous.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, professional services, or other high-growth environments is a plus.
• Experience supporting board-level reporting, finance automation, or ERP optimization is beneficial.
