The Patient Service Associate is responsible for all front‑desk operations under the direction of the Practice Manager/Director/Assistant Director, including: scheduling patients, answering phones, scanning medical records, triage patient phone calls, collecting insurance information and verifying benefits, charge entry, and payment posting. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Minimum of one year of experience preferred Hourly rate: USD $17.83–$26.75 per hour.
