RN PCU | Shift - Days

Olathe, KS Start: 4/27 or 5/11 | 13 weeks 36 hrs/week | 312 Days (07:0019:30) Every Other Weekend Required

Experience Requirements:

• Must be comfortable with: CRRT, BiPAP, drawing labs, chest tubes, PICC lines
• No vascular access team must handle own consults
• Must be comfortable conducting codes independently

Floating:

• Required to float to ICU and other inpatient units (Med/Surg, Med/Tele, Acute/Tele, ED based on experience)

Holidays: Based on unit needs (must be available for July 4th)

Important Note:

• Limited or no time-off requests during World Cup (June 11 July 19)

Orientation:

• Day 12: KUKC Campus
• Day 34: Olathe Medical Center (Director of Nursing training)
• Day 5: Virtual Epic training

Additional Details:

• EMR: EPIC
• Nicotine-free facility
• One shift cancellation allowed per 2-week period (2-hour notice via Smart Square)

Credential Deadline: Tuesday prior to Monday start
