Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful difference supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant educational community near Williamstown, MA. This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to work across various sites with K-12 students, providing essential speech and language services. Multiple openings are available, welcoming both experienced SLPs with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and skilled SLPAs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (for SLPs)
• Active state SLP license or eligibility for licensure; open to travel professionals
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Previous school-based SLP or SLPA experience is a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations (K-12)
• Commitment to cultivating a positive, inclusive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to support communication goals
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families regarding student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Attend meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary education teams
• Support the success and well-being of students at multiple school locations
