Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) for SLPs, or state licensure/certification for SLPAs
• Previous experience with K-12 caseloads preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to individual student needs
• Flexibility to work at multiple school sites as assigned

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy to students, addressing a range of speech, language, and communication challenges
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to ensure effective support for students
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports
• Actively participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Travel between assigned school locations as needed
