Customer Service Assistant to $75K+ - Enjoy a 4-Day Workweek!
Our client, a growing manufacturing organization, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support customer-facing operations and administrative processes across multiple departments. This role plays an important part in keeping information flowing between customers, sales, production, and internal teams while ensuring critical data and documentation remain accurate and up to date. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of experience working with ERP systems along with strong administrative, customer service, or sales support experience.
Position Details:

• Location: Danvers, MA
• Work Model: In-Office, Monday-Thursday
• Hours: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Fridays Off!)
• Degree: Not Required
• Responsibilities include maintaining customer records and updating information within internal systems; coordinating documentation, files, and project-related information between customers and internal teams; supporting quote preparation and tracking submission deadlines; monitoring shared communications and following up on outstanding requests; reviewing spreadsheets and data for accuracy; assisting with front office responsibilities including phones and visitor reception; and providing general administrative support to sales and operational teams.
• The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, sales support, or a related function; hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Epicor, Infor, or similar platforms; strong data entry and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail; proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; and strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
