Scheduling & Customer Service Coordinator POST NUMBER: 485197

Vaco Arizona has partnered with a growing organization in Scottsdale that is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to support day-to-day operations and customer scheduling activities. This is a fully on-site role offering $20 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily schedules, appointments, and service requests
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment confirmations, updates, and follow-ups
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and customer information
• Support a positive customer experience through timely communication and follow-through

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in scheduling, customer service, administrative support, or a related role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
