Preparar un expediente social de cada residente. Coordinar actividades recreativas, educativas y servicios con diferentes agencias o programas. Ofrecer charlas de orientación a los residentes de acuerdo a sus intereses y necesidades. Orientar sobre los reglamentos aplicables. Realizar un análisis de la solicitud de vivienda para determinar la elegibilidad del solicitante. Prestar atención personal a los residentes que presenten algún problema. Realizar otras tareas afines a su puesto. Conocimiento en programas computarizados: Microsoft Word y Excel
Requisitos -
Bachillerato en Trabajo Social Licencia y Colegiación al día Preferible con experiencia en Proyectos de Vivienda Subsidiada.
