Qualifications:

• Valid California Occupational Therapy License (CA OT)
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children, particularly K-8
• Ability to design individualized interventions and document progress clearly
• Strong communication skills for collaborating within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and provide therapy to K-8 students with diverse needs to support their participation in school activities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to educational goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to promote student success
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings to review goals and progress
