Job Title: Marketing Strategist – Social Media, SEO & Growth Company: National Laser Institute / NLI MedSpa National Laser Institute is a leading medical aesthetics training brand. Founded in 2004, NLI has helped thousands of students pursue careers in medical aesthetics through hands-on training in cosmetic lasers, injectables, and advanced aesthetic treatments. We are hiring an experienced Marketing Strategist to help grow both sides of our business: National Laser Institute’s educational courses and NLI MedSpa’s medical spa services. This is not an entry-level role and it is not a people-management position. We are looking for someone experienced, hands-on, hungry, motivated, creative, organized, and able to execute across multiple areas of marketing. This is a one-person, hands-on role for someone who can bring ideas, create content direction, implement campaigns, review results, and help turn social media and organic marketing into engagement, leads, appointments, and sales. Primary Focus Social media strategy and implementation SEO, website visibility, and organic traffic growth You will help market our aesthetic training programs, including cosmetic laser, Botox, filler, and other medical aesthetics courses, while also supporting marketing for med spa services, treatments, offers, and brand awareness. The goal is simple: create more engagement, more qualified leads, more course inquiries, more appointments, and more sales for both the school and med spa sides of the business. Responsibilities Create and implement social media ideas, campaigns, and content plans Help promote medical aesthetics courses and med spa services Support SEO strategy, keyword planning, blog/content ideas, and organic visibility Work with video, photo, testimonial, educational, and promotional content Help improve organic lead generation, appointments, and conversions Review marketing performance and suggest improvements Coordinate and execute projects across social media, website, email, landing pages, and promotions Help create campaign messaging, offers, hooks, and marketing angles Bring fresh ideas to improve awareness, engagement, leads, and revenue Take ownership of assigned marketing tasks from idea through execution Ideal Candidate Several years of marketing experience Strong understanding of social media marketing Strong understanding of SEO and organic search Experience creating and executing content plans and campaigns Creative, but also analytical Comfortable working in a fast-moving business Able to write, organize, plan, and execute independently Hungry, motivated, resourceful, and proactive Experience in beauty, wellness, aesthetics, healthcare, education, med spa, or service-based marketing is a plus This Role Is Best For Someone Who Has real marketing experience and does not need basic training Likes doing the work, not just talking about strategy Can bring ideas instead of waiting for every instruction Understands how social media, SEO, content, engagement, lead generation, and sales work together Can help grow both an education brand and a med spa brand Enjoys health, beauty, wellness, aesthetics, and transformation-based marketing Can move quickly, stay organized, and follow through Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Work Location: Hybrid remote in Scottsdale, AZ 85260 #J-18808-Ljbffr Socket
