Road Construction Equipment Operator
Location: Moore, OK
Schedule: Full-Time

Join Silver Star Construction and help build Oklahoma’s infrastructure. We are currently looking for skilled operators with experience running heavy machinery used in road construction and site preparation.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Safely operate heavy construction equipment including graders, excavators, loaders, dozers, scrapers, mixers, and water trucks.
• Complete equipment loading and unloading activities.
• Inspect machinery before and after operation.
• Monitor equipment performance and document findings.
• Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure equipment remains in safe operating condition.
• Follow all project and company safety requirements.

Preferred Skills:

• Demonstrated experience operating heavy equipment.
• Strong coordination and mechanical awareness.
• Effective communication with crew members and supervisors.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems in the field.
• Safety-focused mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a construction team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Successful completion of background screening, drug test, and physical.
• Availability for overtime and occasional weekend or night work.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Capable of performing strenuous physical activities.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
