What You’ll Do:

• Meet virtually with individuals and families who have requested information about life insurance
• Help prospects and clients understand their options and select coverage that fits their needs and goals
• Follow a proven onboarding, sales and lead system designed to give you a clear path to learn and grow
• Manage applications, policy documentation, and client information
• Learn the fundamentals of building and growing your own insurance business (if desired)

What We’re Looking For:

• Willingness to obtain a life insurance license (with our help)
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• High character and integrity
• A familiarity with CRM platforms is helpful
• The motivation to take ownership of your results
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay Structure:

• 1099 contractor; commissions only
• Part-Time Potential: estimated $40,000–$70,000+ / year (15–20 hrs/week or approximately 6-8 policies/month)
• Full-Time Potential: estimated $125,000–$175,000+ / year (35–45 hrs/week or approximately 15-20 policies/month)
