9. The role involves creating detailed process maps and documentation to capture the current state.
10. One of the key tasks is to identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing processes.
11. The candidate will collaborate with technical teams to understand system functionality and constraints.
12. The role requires preparing comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings.
13. The candidate will assist in the development of future state process improvements.
