He has been married for over 17 years and is the proud father of six, with family playing a huge role in how the agency operates. You grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Responsibilities Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail‑oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
