Position: Family Medicine Physician
Location: Dallas, TX
Department: Outpatient Primary Care
Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $116 - $140 per hour + Full Time benefits
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive adult primary care services in an outpatient setting
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Deliver preventive care and wellness counseling
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and screenings
- Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based guidelines
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention and chronic disease management
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure coordinated care
- Participate in quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives
Qualifications:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Completion of an ACGME or AMA-approved residency program
- Active Texas Medical License required
- Experience in outpatient adult medicine or primary care preferred
- Strong communication and patient-centered care skills
- Clean malpractice and license history highly preferred
