Job Overview Position: Operator Location: Centennial, CO 80111 Type: Full Time Category: Construction Who We Are Landmarc Environmental Systems, LLC (Landmarc) is a vertically integrated landfill construction and service company with expertise in solid waste management and construction. We provide gas extraction, leachate collection, and operations and maintenance services for the landfill industry. Benefits Hourly pay $20.00–$30.00 depending on experience and qualifications Life insurance (paid by the company) Company matching 40% on 401(k) Daily per diem for lodging, meals, and travel expenses Room for advancement within the company Overtime available (typical 40–75 hours) Health insurance coverage: medical, dental, and vision Paid time off – PTO, holidays, 401(k) with match, health savings account, and flexible spending accounts Tuition reimbursement and support for continuing education Disability insurance, employee assistance program, paid parental leave, identity theft, and pet insurance from day one Essential Duties & Responsibilities Travel for extended periods – 4 weeks on, 1 week off; live in hotels and travel between states 100% of the time Walk long distances on steep terrain; lift a minimum of 50 pounds on a non‑consistent basis Work safely in extreme hot and cold weather conditions, including on odorous project sites Clean up work areas, fuel vehicles, and maintain equipment as necessary Work overtime and weekends if required Assist site supervisors with materials and equipment needs and collect supplies for projects Perform system construction activities safely and properly Fuse HDPE pipe ranging from 2" to 36" Operator Responsibilities & Qualifications Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment Conduct pre‑operational checks, clean, lubricate, and refill equipment as needed Work with ground personnel during excavation and pipe installation to ensure proper depth and grade Grade on slopes of 1:1, 2:1, and 3:1 with minimal time on excavation Ensure trench work meets OSHA 01 ISA requirements Operate excavator safely with awareness of surroundings Maintain a sound understanding of ground disturbance issues Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on the excavator for smooth operation Step out of equipment to assist with groundwork when necessary Have landfill construction experience; oil and gas pipeline experience preferred 5+ years operating excavator, dozer, or articulated dump truck Landfill experience preferred EEO/AA/M/F/Vet/Disability Landmarc Environmental Systems maintains a drug‑free workplace. #J-18808-Ljbffr Weaver Consultants Group
