Our culture is driven by our community, our values, and our team.We are also proud to offer the following benefits:Medical, dental, vision coverage401(K) Retirement Program with employer matchEmployer paid life insurance policyEmployee Recognition ProgramCompany discounts at select retailersAnd much more!Position Summary:Responsible for answering telephone calls and transferring to appropriate destinations.Responsible for greeting patientsResponsible for collecting required documentation, copays, deductibles, or payment of services prior to treatment and documenting transactions in EMR.Responsible for monitoring entrances and exits of visitors, patients and families.Handle various clerical functions as assigned by Manager and/or Director.Thorough knowledge of facility policies and procedures as it relates to the above duties.Position Qualifications:High School diploma or GEDTwo years of experience in clerical/healthcare environmentComputer literate in Excel, MS Word, and OutlookAbility to communicate effectively with team members and patient's familiesAbility to function independently or under supervision as task requiresOrganizational and time management skillsStrong customer service skillsSchedule:Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 10:00am - 6:00pmTuesday: 11:00am - 7:00pmFriday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
