Part time position available 6 pm- 11 pm PRN available 6 pm-6 am Pay: Starting at $36.00 per hour; higher rates are available for experienced nurses. Juniper Village at the Spearly Center is a unique 130 bed skilled nursing facility, specializing in behavioral and mental health. 80% of our residents are fully independent and can get themselves up and dressed in the morning. Responsibilities: Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting. Observe patients/residents under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications, etc. Monitor and record vital signs. Provide assistance as necessary with activities of daily living. Administer prescribed medications, injections, wound care, and other basic medical care tasks. Collect lab samples. Communicate with other members of the team, residents, families and medical professionals. Work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
