Your Responsibilities

• Performing detailed patient evaluations, ordering diagnostic examinations, and crafting individualized treatment plans
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic health issues either independently or in collaboration with physicians based on your credentials
• Instructing patients and their families on prevention, wellness, and disease management strategies
• Prescribing medications and therapies in alignment with your practice guidelines
• Engaging in patient follow-up and chronic illness management
• Working alongside interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, holistic patient care
• Accurately documenting patient information within electronic medical records (EMR)

Education Credentials

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Mandatory Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in Arkansas
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or similar specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or capacity to obtain within 90 days)
