Public Health Front Desk & Intake Specialist

DuPage County Health Department in Wheaton is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Central Public Health Center. You will provide front desk services, gather documents, identify client needs, and offer rapid screening and referrals to the appropriate services, with travel to other centers as needed. Hours are Mon and Fri 8:00 am–4:30 pm; Tue–Thu 8:00 am–7:00 pm. Rotating shifts cover mid or evening hours.
