Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments for children in early intervention programs, focusing on individual strengths and developmental needs.

• Play a vital role in developing and implementing Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to the unique requirements of each family.

• Regularly monitor and assess the effectiveness of implemented strategies, ensuring that developmental milestones are being met.

• Establish rapport with children and families, fostering a supportive and nurturing environment conducive to learning and growth.

• Provide coaching and guidance to families, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to support their child’s development effectively.

• Utilize evidence-based practices in conjunction with Natural Learning Environment Practices to maximize family engagement and outcomes.

• Regularly attend team meetings to collaborate with other professionals and ensure cohesive service delivery.

• Maintain compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations to ensure the health and safety of children and families served.

This position focuses primarily on infants and toddlers experiencing various developmental delays or disabilities. Compensation and Benefits\n
