This position serves as the senior-most HR leader for two unionized manufacturing facilities in Western Massachusetts, representing a workforce of more than 500 employees. Acting as a strategic partner to site leadership, the role oversees a broad range of HR functions including employee and labor relations, investigations, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, compliance, and employee engagement. The successful candidate will be a hands-on HR professional who is equally comfortable driving strategic initiatives and managing day-to-day operational challenges. The role requires a strong presence on the manufacturing floor, building credibility with employees and leaders while providing guidance on business strategy, talent management, and organizational growth.
