Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive telemetry monitoring and care to patients with a range of neuro and cardiac conditions.Ensure proper utilization and management of medical equipment.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.Conduct initial assessments and implement individualized care plans.Maintain sterile field during essential procedures and pass required SIMs Lab skills.Manage patient flow and care in a Level 1 trauma environment with adherence to clinical protocols. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of acute care experience, preferably in a Level 1 trauma setting.Current ACLS and BLS certifications required.Strong critical thinking and assessment skills with the ability to detect small changes in patient conditions.Experience with adult and pediatric telemetry in an acute care setting.BSN preferred; Med Surg/Tele certification is an advantage.Ability to pass dysrhythmia exam and SIMs Lab evaluations on first attempt.
