Project Coordinator

• Support project initiation activities by setting up project management and collaboration tools, including:

• SharePoint
• Smartsheet
• Miro
• OneNote

• Provision and manage access for client and internal project team members.

• Coordinate Business Process Guidance (BPG) sessions and maintain meeting schedules.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including:

• Presentation decks
• Excel trackers
• Smartsheet’s
• Meeting minutes
• Project artifacts

• Support CEMLI implementation cycles by maintaining documentation and tracking deliverables.

• Prepare Conference Room Pilot (CRP) presentations and execution trackers.

• Maintain project recordings, session transcripts, and knowledge repositories.

• Track RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) items and follow up with functional and technical teams.

• Assist in project scope management by maintaining change request logs and change management trackers.

• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) by coordinating test execution, tracking defects, and monitoring progress.

• Prepare User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documentation, trackers, and supporting materials.

• Monitor project timelines and assist in ensuring milestones are achieved.

• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.

• Maintain project status dashboards and ensure documentation accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
