We are seeking a Director of Marketing to lead the organization's marketing efforts and ensure qualified leads are generated for our sales team. If you have experience in B2C lead generation, field marketing, and call center management; can analyze metrics to optimize marketing spend; and have leadership qualities that motivate the team to excel, we would love to meet you! Must have experience in Home Improvement Marketing!!
The team in our Call Center will reach out to the leads generated by campaigns to qualify prospects and set appointments. You will build an event marketing team that will participate in events throughout Central Florida to engage with the public and generate leads face-to-face. Your ability to work with partners and technology will take our company to the next level.
Essential functions for the role:
- Act as the steward of the Love Your Bath brand
- Optimize Digital, Mass Media, Print, Direct Mail, and other lead generation sources
- Ensure that CRM data is accurate and consistent with proper lead attribution
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently to get the most out of each campaign while minimizing costs
- Report results to the team and project future lead flow using data-driven insights
- Assist the Call Center Manager with call center operations, develop Field Marketing teams, and collaborate with agency partners and lead gen vendors
- Ensure a fun & productive culture throughout the department
