Minimum Job Requirements:
- Must be a high school graduate or possess a state-issued GED
- Must possess a current Missouri EMT-P License
- Must possess a current, valid Driver’s License
- Preferred certifications include:
- CCP, ACLS, PALS, PHTLS or ITLS, and AMLS
- MFPD will pay for CCP-C or FP-C and other certifications
- Ability to work seven 12-hour shifts per pay period (2,184 hours per year)
- Ability to meet the physical demands and perform essential functions of the position, including regular attendance
- Previous experience as a Paramedic or Critical Care Paramedic preferred
Wages:
$71,988 without CCP Certification, $78,988 with CCP-C or FP-C Certification
