Your responsibilities will include:Own Hardware End-to-End: Take your designs from concept generation all the way to real-world use in the hands of warfighters.Design From the Ground Up: Engineer novel hardware for demanding mission sets, starting from a blank sheet.Understand the Mission: Work directly with customers to understand real battlefield challenges - and translate them into hardware that solves them.Engineer for Survival: Apply engineering first principles, analysis, and rigorous testing to ensure your designs survive the harshest battlefield conditions.Get Hands-On: Build prototypes and first articles yourself, iterating quickly from idea to physical hardware.Deliver at Scale: Iterate on your designs and partner with our manufacturing team to build and ship them at volume.Collaborative Innovation: Serve as a key part of a tight-knit product team, moving fast in an environment of rapid iteration and technical excellence.Direct Mission Impact: Travel to field exercises and work directly alongside warfighters, providing hands-on support and gathering invaluable feedback for continuous improvement.
