Deltek Costpoint Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary: Alluvionic is seeking an experienced Project Manager to consult on Deltek Costpoint implementations for a variety of clients. The successful candidate will leverage interpersonal skills, risk management, and organizational change management to lead ERP implementations. Responsibilities and Duties Produce schedules of work that reflect and track delivery of products. Monitor technical, cost, and schedule performance of the project. Lead resource planning and management efforts and resolve issues that impede the test effort. Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met. Monitor testing activities to ensure design and functionality requirements are consistently achieved. Use cost and risk assessment tools and procedures to assess project health. Troubleshoot issues associated with complex systems or with development and design projects. Lead various project status, planning, and review meetings. Qualifications and Skills ERP Implementation experience with IBM Cognos, Deltek Costpoint, Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics, or Unanet. PMP certification. Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business management related field. Familiar with ADKAR Change Management Model. Ability to utilize project management disciplines to estimate, coordinate, and deliver committed project deliverables. Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, Project, and Project Server.
