About the Opportunity

Acceler8Networks is representing a well-established bank in the San Gabriel Valley that is seeking a highly skilled  Senior Loan Processor to join their busy team. This full-time, temp-to-hire role is  dependent on job performance , offering the opportunity to  transition to permanent status with strong performance and organizational fit.

The ideal candidate is an experienced loan processor with excellent communication skills, outstanding attention to detail, and  current, up-to-date industry knowledge . Candidates with  loan underwriting backgrounds are also encouraged to apply. You will be responsible for managing 35+ active consumer real estate loans at any given time, requiring speed, accuracy, and confidence.

Required Technical Qualifications

• ENCOMPASS experience required
• Strong knowledge of TRID (TILA RESPA Integrated Disclosure Rule) required
• 5–7 years of recent mortgage processing experience (required)
• Minimum 3+ years in the mortgage industry overall
• Wet/Dry State loan experience (preferred)

Position Responsibilities

As a Senior Loan Processor, you will:

• Process and prepare  conventional, jumbo/portfolio, and HELOC mortgage loans (purchase and refinance) in line with bank policies and procedures
• Communicate documentation needs, loan status updates, and any issues to borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, escrow, and all related parties
• Schedule regular meetings or provide status reports throughout the loan process
• Order and review  title insurance, appraisals, payoffs, flood/tax certificates, surveys , and ensure all documents are accurate before underwriting
• Keep the  Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS)accurate and updated at all times
• Set up files and order necessary exhibits, including appraisals and credit reports
• Prepare and  calculate income and assets thoroughly before submitting to underwriting
• Review all loan documents for accuracy and creditworthiness within required timeframes
• Communicate initial and final loan approvals clearly and promptly
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with all loan-related parties

Candidate Requirements

• 5–7 years of recent mortgage loan processing experience
• Strong, current knowledge of TRID guidelines
• Encompass LOS experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and client service skills
• Ability to excel in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
