We're hiring a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support operations in a fast-paced, high-volume food processing environment. In this role, you'll play a critical part in keeping production running by maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving essential equipment.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment including conveyors, packaging systems, and processing machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems
• Quickly diagnose issues to minimize downtime and keep production running efficiently
• Support line changeovers, calibrations, and equipment adjustments to meet production needs
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals for accurate repairs
• Assist with installation, upgrades, and startup of new equipment
• Maintain accurate maintenance records to support performance and compliance
• Partner with production and sanitation teams to ensure equipment is safe, clean, and fully compliant
• Follow all GMPs, safety standards, and food-handling regulations
• Perform hands-on repairs including work with 3-phase motors, wiring, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC troubleshooting
• Use welding and fabrication skills when needed to repair or modify equipment

What You Bring

• Experience in industrial maintenance (manufacturing, food production, or similar environment)
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems
• Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and 3-phase electrical systems
• Ability to read schematics, drawings, and technical manuals
• Experience or exposure to PLC systems and automation troubleshooting
• A team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on safety, quality, and reliability
• Ability to work in a cold, fast-paced production environment

• Experience in a food manufacturing setting
• Welding and fabrication experience
• Supporting equipment installs or upgrades

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $68000.00 - $80000.00/yr. 401K with company match PTO Paid holidays Insurance - Medical - Dental - Vision Opportunity for career growth
