The Staff Pad is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist to join an established and expanding ENT service in Southern Illinois. This full-time, hospital-employed position offers a balanced mix of outpatient and inpatient care, supported by strong clinical resources. The role provides a highly competitive compensation package and the opportunity to practice in a fast-growing, family-friendly community. Practice Info Full-time, employed model 90% outpatient / 10% inpatient Based at a regional medical center serving a multi-county area Strong hospital support across OR, ICU, ER, and inpatient units Fully integrated EPIC EMR High-demand specialty with a strong referral base and long-term practice growth potential Compensation Guaranteed first-year salary: $525,000 Sign-on bonus: $50,000 (5-year) or $36,000 (3-year) Quality bonus up to 2.5% Relocation allowance up to $15,000 Benefits Medical/dental 401(k) & 457(b) 5 weeks PTO 1 week CME allowance Holidays Malpractice with tail coverage Requirements Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist PSLF eligible J-1 visa sponsorship available
