Assistant Managers are responsible for being brand ambassadors at Graeter’s. Minimum of 1-2 years in a supervisor/manager/leadership role of a team of at least 5 people.MATH & LANGUAGE SKILLS: Must be able to work with and analyze sales numbers, ratios, measurements, percentages, etc. Must have the ability to read and comprehend instructions in the use of equipment, methods, processes, and procedures; write professional reports and memos; speak before a group with poise.EDUCATION: Minimum of high school diploma.
