Regional Operations Manager
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support a growing virtual medical team, the full-time Regional Operations Manager will manage performance metrics, create intervention plans, and collaborate with Regional Virtual Medical Directors to enhance patient care processes in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Record, analyze, and monitor performance metrics to identify process and performance gaps Create intervention plans addressing national, regional, and individual gaps in care delivery Visualize and present data-driven insights to senior leadership while managing national initiatives Required qualifications 3+ years of program or project management experience 3+ years of experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
