Product Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) Duration: 6-Month Contract (W2) Pay: $62/hour (40 hours/week) Start Date: July 27, 2026 Calculated Hire is seeking a Program / Portfolio Reporting Analyst to support a Fortune 100 Financial Services client. This role is ideal for someone who excels at transforming complex program data into meaningful insights that support executive decision-making across large enterprise initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain portfolio reporting, dashboards, and executive-level analytics Monitor program health, milestones, risks, dependencies, and financial performance Partner with program leaders, product teams, engineering, and business stakeholders Support governance routines, portfolio reviews, and executive reporting Track risks, issues, and cross-functional dependencies across multiple initiatives Deliver strategic insights, forecasting, and value realization reporting Improve reporting processes through automation and reporting tools Qualifications 5+ years of experience in program reporting, portfolio analytics, PMO reporting, business analysis, or a related field Experience supporting large, cross-functional transformation programs Strong analytical, reporting, and data visualization skills Ability to communicate complex information to executive stakeholders Experience building scalable reporting frameworks and dashboards Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills Preferred experience includes enterprise governance, PMO methodologies, portfolio management frameworks, operational transformation, process engineering, or AI-enabled initiatives.
