Position Overview

Ford & Son Roofing is seeking an additional experienced Roofing, Gutter, and Siding Crew Foreman with strong leadership skills and a track record of managing crews on residential and commercial job sites. This role oversees daily jobsite operations, ensures safety compliance, maintains quality standards, and delivers a premium customer experience. A clean driving record is required.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and motivate roofing, gutter, and siding crews
Coordinate daily jobsite activities, including material staging, workflow planning, and quality control
Ensure all work meets exceptional company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local building codes
Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce OSHA‐aligned safety protocols
Perform hands-on roofing, gutter, and siding tasks as needed
Communicate professionally with homeowners, commercial clients, inspectors, and internal teams
Complete jobsite documentation (photos, checklists, progress updates)
Train new crew members and support ongoing skill development
Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles
Represent Ford & Son Roofing with professionalism, integrity, and craftsmanship

Required Qualifications

3+ years of roofing experience (shingles, flashing, underlayment, tear‐off, etc.)
Experience installing gutters and siding (vinyl, aluminum, fascia/soffit)
1+ years of crew leadership or foreman experience
Clean driving record (MVR check required)
Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work at heights
Strong understanding of OSHA construction safety standards
Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks on fast‐paced jobsites
Excellent communication and problem‐solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Commercial and residential roofing experience
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
Experience with JobNimbus, CompanyCam, or similar job management tools
DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain)
Experience training or mentoring crews
