We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Clerk to join our operations team. In this role, you'll support purchasing, inventory, logistics, and administrative functions while working closely with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, IT, Finance, and vendors. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing multiple priorities, and working in a fast-paced environment.

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

• At least 2 years of purchasing, logistics, inventory, or related experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Create and manage purchase orders for multiple U.S. facilities
• Track purchase orders and follow up with vendors on deliveries
• Submit receiving documents and invoices for processing
• Process expense reports and maintain purchasing records
• Coordinate meetings, prepare correspondence, and track reports
• Support purchasing managers with daily administrative tasks
• Assist with data entry, reporting, product returns, and material transfers
• Partner with logistics teams to help ensure on-time deliveries
• Monitor inventory levels of logistics-related supplies
• Communicate with internal departments and external vendors

• Sit and stand throughout the workday
• Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, with or without assistance
• Walk, bend, reach, stoop, and lift frequently
• Work in warehouse and manufacturing environments
• Comfortable around machinery, pallets, and cleaning chemicals
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and moderate to loud environments
