The Springs at Rochester Hills
The Springs at Rochester Hills Rehab & Nursing Center is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist & Medical Records to join our dedicated team. As a valued member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents, families, and visitors while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct visitors and maintain daily office functions in a busy senior care setting
Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Demonstrate proficiency in popular office software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
Provide administrative support to our team, including mail distribution, filing, and data entry
Ideal Candidate:
One year experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
