Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, providing you the flexibility to manage your work settings. The outpatient office model allows for enhanced communication and collaboration among team members while allowing you to engage with clients through both in-person and telehealth services. As part of our supportive workplace, you will regularly collaborate with fellow clinicians, case managers, and other staff to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses and create individualized treatment plans tailored for each client.

• Document clinical findings and treatment progress with meticulous attention to detail, including assessments, case notes, and treatment plan reviews, in accordance with company policy.
\n
• Maintain a caseload of at least 27 client visits per week to meet full-time requirements, ensuring timely and effective services.
\n
• Utilize creativity in therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their goals, focusing on innovative techniques that resonate with diverse populations.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance service delivery and meet the community’s unique mental health needs.
\n
• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings and ongoing training sessions to foster a collaborative learning environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and families from various backgrounds, including BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals. Your role as an LMFT will involve providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions, both in-person and via telehealth, aiming to create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for all clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
\n
• Current LMFT licensure in Georgia (or the necessary licensing requirements for remote work).
\n
• Proven experience in completing clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and case notes, is essential.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an accessible manner.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to show stable, appropriate boundaries while working with clients in a therapeutic context.

• Experience working with a diverse client base, together with cultural competence, is highly valued.

• Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems; familiarity with Valant software is a plus.

• Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a remote counseling environment or outpatient mental health facility.

• Knowledge of creative therapeutic techniques and the ability to apply them effectively in sessions.

• Prior work with specialized populations, including children and families, is a distinct advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
