Data Entry Specialist

Job Details Job Location: 2841 E DIVISION ST - SPRINGFIELD, MO 65803 Travel Percentage: None Document Verification: Review and enter each charge detail to ensure accuracy and compliance. System Utilization: Use proprietary software to record charge details and ensure client accountability for payment. Industry Knowledge: Acquire and apply knowledge specific to the transportation industry to accurately enter freight bills. Communication: Contact internal customer service representatives and account managers to resolve any discrepancies or issues for each specific client. Work with internal auditors to help aid in completion of correct invoice entry. Image Verification: Accurately upload and record all images associated with a particular invoice to prep for invoice processing. Transportation Modes: Gain expertise in different transportation modes managed by Mihlfeld & Associates, Inc., and understand their client and data entry requirements. Client Interaction: Participate in meetings for new client implementations and other relevant discussions. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to learn and retain complex transportation industry information. Experience in data entry experience is a plus. Previous experience in logistics or auditing is preferred but not required.
