Business Development Specialist - Full TimeLocation: Chesapeake, VA, 23320What You Will Be Doing:Building key customer relationships.Identifying new business opportunities.Closing business deals.Maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.Cultivating strong business relationships with key decision makers.Proactively identifying new opportunities and delivering innovative solutions to customers.Developing market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects.Experience You Will Need:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.3+ years of sales or account management experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience in selling logistic services for ocean freight, expedited/standard airfreight, domestic shipping.What It Is For You:Services include ocean freight, expedited / standard airfreight, domestic shipping, and warehousing worldwide.Outstanding benefit packages and a people-first work environmentStable, growing company with tremendous opportunity for career advancementCompetitive compensation and benefits
