Salary: $124,000 - 164,000 per year Requirements:
- Highly organized and experienced Salesforce IT Project Manager
- Ability to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, including administrators, developers, and consultants
- Lead the full project lifecycle for Salesforce implementations and enhancements, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and success measures
- Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, manage expectations, and align the project with organizational goals
- Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts, using Agile or Waterfall methods
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating them when needed to keep work on track
- Monitor progress, schedules, and budgets, and provide regular updates and presentations to stakeholders and senior management
- Oversee quality assurance and user acceptance testing, and support end-user training and adoption
- Prepare and maintain project plans, technical design documents, user guides, and other project documentation

We are recruiting for an onsite Salesforce Project Manager role in Providence, Rhode Island, supporting a Salesforce project for the Department of State / Secretary of State. The posted pay range is $70–$76 per hour; the eventual rate is determined through a comprehensive analysis of job-related qualifications, education, experience, internal comparisons where applicable, and market and business considerations. We offer benefits that may include medical, dental, and vision coverage; dependent care flexible spending; a 401(k); voluntary insurance options; an employee assistance program; and sick leave in accordance with applicable regulations.
