Cycle Counter Requirements

• Previous cycle counting, inventory control, or warehouse experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of inventory processes and material flow in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel required
• Ability to safely operate a forklift
• Experience using counting scales and inventory counting equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts of raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), and finished inventory
• Perform manual and scale-assisted inventory counts
• Reconcile physical inventory with SAP and other inventory management systems
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and help identify root causes
• Track and document inventory errors to support process improvements
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting
• Operate forklifts to move and access inventory throughout the facility
• Support inventory audits and warehouse operations as needed
• Work closely with production and warehouse teams to maintain inventory accuracy
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
